I’ve been holding off on getting two of my teeth extracted. I finally went in to get it done and I really appreciated how comfortable the doctor and nurses made me feel. He even put on my favorite artist while they worked in my mouth. Can you imagine getting your teeth pulled to Shakira’s latest jam. lol Very clean office and kind staff. The honest recommendations did it for me. I would highly recommend them. Quick and painless.

Dr. Walls and his staff were very helpful and friendly from the start. I am so glad i called dr. My mom referred me told me how great he was. Of course i was scared of getting dental implants but they made me feel more comfortable about the situation. This was this biggest procedure ive ever done in my life and dr walls was super smooth had a soft touch i did not feel any pain while he was working. He even called me that night he worked on me to check up on me and told me if i needed anything call them. I appreciate that. Never had a dr call me before. He is an oral maxo. The best dr for implants. Not a regular dentist. A true life saver if you think about it. Helping people eat again. Thank you! 🙏

Patient Review
My 10-year-old son was referred to Dr. Walls' office to further analyze and treat a major swelling on his gums. The doctor informed me that it was a cyst and advised us to have the baby tooth removed. I let the office know that my son had history of intense anxiety when it comes to dental treatments, and if they are able to work with him, we could try to proceed. To my surprise, they pushed for treatment the following day, which was Halloween, of all days, or the next appointment was going to be much further out. Weighing between the two options, I brought my son in the next morning even though it was a kid's holiday. They brought my son in to start the treatment and demanded that we provide the team with our steam deck. I don't know why the doctor was very fixated on the steam deck but I handed it over. They could not figure out how to use it properly, and at some point, brought me into the room to console my son who was in full tears. Even though my son was in complete distraught, the dental assistant could only provide me with reasons why a clinic full of adults could not figure out how to calmly treat a 10-year-old who has a history of dental anxiety and it somehow failed because the steam deck and/or my son was incompliant. Once my son had a chance to calm down at home, I asked him what happened and he let me know that the doctor had asked him irritably if he wanted to waste my money by not cooperating. At that point, my son felt even worse and broke down crying inconsolably. I was surprised that the doctor disappeared shortly after failing to treat my son and never made an attempt to communicate about what had happened. And his dental assistant felt comfortable shifting all blames on an anxious 10-year-old in full tears. And when I request for a full refund of the nitrous oxide that was never administered since the treatment could not even start because they tried to bully my son into submission, no response or refund has been provided to date. They incorrectly spell my son's name on the account despite the fact that his name was provided in the intake forms. We also received a second opinion that the swelling didn't appear to be a cyst but an extraction would still resolve whatever that issue is. I am under the impression that my son was not accurately diagnosed, and the tooth extraction was the default remedy. Therefore diagnosing my son with a cyst would eliminate further need to diagnose his gum swelling. Considering how poorly the team handled a child with anxiety and possibly misdiagnosing my son, I would not recommend this office to any kids who aren't comfortable with dental treatments. I do not find this office meeting professional or ethical standards. It was a waste of our time and money. And a lot more unnecessary trauma for an already anxious child.

Courteous, Friendly staff. Staff has been very helpful in scheduling appointments, giving me instructions as to what to expect before and after my surgery. I believe Dr. Walls is highly respected in the field of Dental Surgery especially Implants. I believe he is respected because he is at the top as he is very talented. I appreciate his “bed side manner” which is polite and compassionate as well as very detailed in his explanation of the process which I really appreciate.

Words cannot not express how grateful I am to have met Doctor David Walls. All my life, since I was a little boy I've struggled with enduring countless dental issues and dental visits. This unfortunately followed me into adulthood, than throughout my military career and now into my mid 40's. I fact, as a veteran rated at 100% C-PTSD. Dental visits later became quite the mental phobia. But through David's empathy, kind hearted persona and authenticity. This really built trust and comfort for me. I recently went through a substantially tough surgery consisting of a full teeth extraction and dentures which to me is a life changing decision. Its like a part of you is being removed... But through David's break down & understanding to this type of change. It only brought me hope, and more confidence to accept the change. Now I can finally foumd smile once again that I havent seen in a decade and can move forward in life w/ promise and confidence with more blessings to come. Thank you Doctor David Walls.
