My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed, and it was a very straightforward and pleasant experience. We knew what to expect and there were no surprises. Costs were clear and recovery time was swift. Dr. Walls and his staff were easy to communicate with and I’ll definitely be going to them for any needs of that nature that may arise in the future.

I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure was quick, and I didn’t feel any pain during it. The only discomfort started after the numbing wore off, which is to be expected. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I’m thankful for how easy the process was. My daughter had an overall good experience getting her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Walls. A woman in the office named Theresa was especially helpful with questions and scheduling. My only complaint is they do not give you post op instructions until they bring the patient to the car. The surgical assistant then hands you a paper while giving you verbal instructions. She told me to alternate giving my daughter Alleve and Tylenol every two hours. When I explained I didn’t think she meant Alleve because it is a 12 hour medication and that she most likely meant Advil she told me I was incorrect and she did mean Alleve. When I got home I saw that it was Advil or Motrin written on the paper. So I would recommend the instructions be given earlier so there is time for questions and or clarification.

I’ve been holding off on getting two of my teeth extracted. I finally went in to get it done and I really appreciated how comfortable the doctor and nurses made me feel. He even put on my favorite artist while they worked in my mouth. Can you imagine getting your teeth pulled to Shakira’s latest jam. lol Very clean office and kind staff. Dr. Walls and his staff were very helpful and friendly from the start. I am so glad i called dr. My mom referred me told me how great he was. Of course i was scared of getting dental implants but they made me feel more comfortable about the situation. This was this biggest procedure ive ever done in my life and dr walls was super smooth had a soft touch i did not feel any pain while he was working. He even called me that night he worked on me to check up on me and told me if i needed anything call them. I appreciate that. Never had a dr call me before. He is an oral maxo. The best dr for implants. Not a regular dentist. A true life saver if you think about it. Helping people eat again. Thank you! 🙏
